His knowledge and depth of experience is necessary as we look towards disrupting systems that do not serve children and their families well.

Aaron is an excellent researcher and I was fortunate to be a part of his research concerning the importance of advocacy for the Black community and how it has evolved over time. Aaron is a high-performing working professional that brings a variety of skillsets to the table, including outstanding leadership, creative problem solving, collaboration skills, and effective communication skills.
